If you have received your product and are not completely satisfied with it we offer free and hassle free exchanges too. Though this applies to any order it will be more relevant to orders for products which are non refundable. Non refundable products include any products which have been stamped or engraved to customer specifications with names, coordinates or dates. You may still return an item which is non refundable but will receive store credit to the value of the original item purchased which you can redeem against any product in our store. Any items which are ordered as part of an exchange are also exempt from the refund policy and will be regarded as a non refundable item though they will still be eligible to exchange again if required.
If you have returned your item to us please allow ample time for it to be delivered back to us. Once we receive it we shall process the refund within 48 hours and will confirm with you once it has been done. Your refund will then be credited to the relevant account. Depending on the individual bank this could appear instantly or take a few days to show up on your statement.
